Fortimel DiaCare is a dietary food for medical use for disease-related malnutrition in patients with diabetes or hyperglycemia. Fortimel DiaCare is a nutritional drink specially tailored to the nutritional needs of malnourished diabetic patients. It is a high-protein, high-energy complete nutritional drink, with fiber.

How to use
As supplementary nutrition: 1 to 2 bottles per day unless otherwise advised by the doctor or dietician.
Recommendations
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Shake well before use.
- Ready for use and tastes best when chilled.
- After opening, seal the bottle and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
- Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use with caution in children from 3 to 6 years.
- Not suitable for patients on a fiber-free diet and patients with galactosemia and fructosemia.
- For enteral use only.

*Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
