Spray Nasofed Saline Nasal in each nostril one or two times a day, whenever you need to.
Make sure you have clean hands before using Nasofed.
Give the bottle a good shake.
Press down on the nozzle three to four times if using NasoFed for the first time.
Spray one or two puffs of NasoFed up your nostril for as long as required.
