You can suck one lozenge every two to three hours. But do not go over 12 lozenges in a 24-hour period, as displayed on the packaging.

Normally, sucking two of these lozenges consecutively is safe. However, be sure to follow the advised dosage instructions and avoid exceeding the maximum stated dosage.
Taking more than 12 Strepsils lozenges in one day may trigger an increased risk of side effects. Always talk to a medical expert if you exceed the advised dosage or have any problems.
