The pads are designed to be used with the Calpol Vapour Plug and can last up to 8 hours each. To use a pad, simply open a foil pouch and insert a new pad into the Calpol vapour plug and plug it into a socket. Each bigger pack comes with 10 refill pads.

Each pad is infused with a blend of essential oils, including:
Lavender
Chamomile
Menthol
Camphor
Eucalyptus oil
Gently remove a Calpol Vapour Plug Refill Pad from its foil pouch and slide it into the designated slot of the Calpol Vapour Plug. Plug the device into a socket, and let the soothing lavender and chamomile vapours fill your child's room, creating a calming atmosphere for restful sleep. You can use the pad safely with or without the calpol vapour plug nightlight.
When you're finished with a used pad, or you're replacing pads, allow the pad in the plug in to cool completely before removing it and wrapping it in its foil pouch or paper. Place the wrapped pad in a household waste bin. Place a fresh pad in the plug in and wash your hands thoroughly to remove any traces of oil or residue from your hands.
