6d Hydro/ORS is a unique 2-in-1 product. 6d Hydro, at a single dose (1 sachet), is a low-calorie sports drink that does provide the necessary amount of fluids and electrolytes, without the excess carbohydrates and sugars. It is the ideal sports drink for training sessions in which athletes deliberately want to keep the intake of carbohydrates low or during short efforts lasting up to 1 hour. This sports drink can also be consumed throughout the day. How to use
- 6d Hydro: mix 1 sachet (= 6 g powder) with 500 ml of water.
- 6d ORS: mix 2 sachets (= 12 g powder) with 500 ml of water.
