Allergodil 0.1% Nasal Spray is an anti-allergic medication. It is used to treat the symptoms of rhinitis, also known as colds. If your symptoms do not lessen, or even get worse, contact your doctor.
How to use
Always use Allergodil Nasal Spray exactly as described in the package insert or as told to you by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are in doubt about the correct use, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Dosage
- The recommended dose for adults and children over 6 years of age is 1 spray in each nostril, 2 times a day.
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
- If you have used too much Allergodil Nasal Spray, contact your doctor, your pharmacist or the Poison Control Center (070/245.245) immediately.
Composition
The active substance in Allergodil Nasal Spray is azelastine. The other substances are: methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium edetate, citric acid, sodium monohydrogen phosphate 12 H2O, sodium chloride, purified water.
Warnings
Allergodil Nasal Spray should not be used if you are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine, or in children under 6 years of age. You should also be extra careful with Allergodil Nasal Spray if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. When in doubt, always consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Possible side effects
