How to put SwimSafe Earplugs in?

• Slide the insertion sleeve over the stem of the earplug.
• Gently pull the ear up a little and insert the earplug into the ear.
• Make a twisting motion with the insertion sleeve until the earplug fits snugly.
• Pull the insertion sleeve off the earplug gently.

Does the earplug stick out too far from your ear?

• Carefully pull the filter out of the earplug and cut a small piece off the stalk.
• Place the filter back into the earplug in the same way.

Cleaning and longevity:

• Alpine SwimSafe Earplugs will last longer if they are cleaned properly. You can do this with Alpine Clean or with soap and water.
• Clean the earplugs with soap.
• Rinse them well with warm water afterwards.
