For Biotona Cocoa Powder, 100% organic Criollocacao beans from Peru are used, sourced from trees on mineral-rich volcanic soil. The powder is extracted from fermented and sun-dried beans through an artisanal process by cold-pressing the beans. The result is a 100% pure and raw cacao powder, unaltered, unsweetened and retaining all phytonutrients of natural origin.
