Biotona Bio Coconut Milk contains all the best from 100% organic coconuts (Cocos nucifera) growing in the tropical regions of the Philippines and Sri Lanka. This exclusive blend of three coconut products (coconut cream, coconut paste and coconut flour) is particularly flavorful and creamy. Only ripe coconuts with firm white flesh are used for this powder. Coconut cream is pressed from the ripe pulp of the coconut. Coconut paste consists of the defatted and ground pulp. To prepare coconut flour, the dried and defatted pulp is very finely ground into a high-fiber powder. Biotona Bio Coconut Milk is rich in the typical fats from the coconut, enormously versatile in use and completely soluble in warm water or hot milk.
