Biotona Bio Kale Raw is derived from Brassica oleracea acephala or kale. This curly cabbage is rightly regarded as the queen of leafy vegetables because it contains an arsenal of phytonutrients! Kale is therefore back in the spotlight and has also been rediscovered by scientists. The crops used for the Biotona powder are grown 100% organically in Poland and processed immediately after harvesting and selection by freeze-drying into a powder, which is very close to the fresh vegetable in taste, smell and color. This drying process also ensures that the naturally present nutrients and phytonutrients are optimally preserved!
