Biotona Premium Matcha is a jade green, refined green tea with a mild and mellow umami flavor originating from Japan. The tea is made exclusively from young tea leaves, traditionally hand-picked in early May (the first harvest), after an overshadowing period of 4 weeks. The Biotona matcha accessories make brewing your daily cup of healthy tea a fun ritual! The Bamboo Scoop or bamboo spoon is used in the traditional tea ceremony to accurately dispense the valuable matcha powder. The original Bamboo Whisk or bamboo whisk is used to ceremonially prepare matcha. With its 100 fine bristles, curled at the end, you whisk your tea lightly. With the artisan-made Bamboo Whisk Holder or bamboo holder, your Original Matcha Experience Kit is complete. After each use, you can easily wash the bamboo whisk with some water and let it dry on the porcelain holder. That way it always retains its original shape.
