Blephademodex is a specially designed sterile compress for the treatment and relief of eyelids in cases of infection with Demodex, a microscopic parasite often implicated in chronic blepharitis. Blephademodex removes crusts, dander, impurities and infectious agents on eyelids and eyelashes. It relieves itching, burning, dryness and inflammation of the eyelid margin.

• Suitable for long-term use with respect for sensitive skin.

Directions for use

• Mild to moderate symptoms: use once a day, preferably in the evening for 4 weeks.
• Moderate to severe symptoms: use twice a day, morning and evening for 4 weeks.
• Usage:
  • Open a pouch and unfold the compress it contains.
  • Place the compress on the tip of the index finger and twist it around it.
  • Keeping the eye closed, gently apply the compress to the eyelids and the roots of the eyelashes.
  • Gently massage the eyelids with small circular movements to gently remove any scabs, flakes of skin or secretions.
  • Repeat the operation on the other eye using a new compress.
  • Blephademodex is non-greasy and should not be rinsed off after use.
  • Keep your eye closed for 15 seconds after application.

• For single use only.
• Suitable for adults 18 years and older.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding period.
• If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Blephademodex.
• Your doctor may adjust the dosage and duration of treatment according to the severity of symptoms.
• Make sure Blephademodex does not get into the eye. You may experience a burning sensation. If that happens, flush the eye with sterile water or saline solution.
• Store between 8 and 25°C.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Sterile compress soaked with lotion. Lotion ingredients: PEG-8, polysorbate 80, poloxamer 184, terpine-4-ol, PEG-6 caprylic acid/capric acid glycerides Macrogol 6 glycerol caprylocaprate, sodium hyaluronate, dihydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, purified water.
