Active ingredients

• Blade extract of Plantago lanceolata: P. lanceolata is often used in herbal teas and other herbal remedies. A tea from the leaves is used as a very effective cough remedy. In traditional Austrian medicine, Plantago lanceolata leaves have been used internally (as a syrup or tea) or externally (fresh leaves) to treat disorders of the respiratory tract, skin, insect bites and infections.
• Flower extract of Achillea millefolium: Achillea millefolium extract, also known as centipede extract, is an extract of the whole plant. It is a clear, brownish-green liquid with a faint herbal odor. Achillea millefolium extract is added to a product to improve the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness. A. millefolium has seen historical use as in traditional medicine, often because of its astringent effects. The herb is said to be a diaphoretic, astringent, tonic, stimulant and mildly aromatic. It contains isovaleric acid, salicylic acid, asparagine, sterols, flavonoids, bitters, tannins and coumarins. The essential oil, extracted by steam distillation of the flowers, has been used as an anti-inflammatory or chest rub for colds and flu.
• Flower extract of Chamomilla recutita: Its healing properties are well known. These come from its daisy-like flowers, which contain volatile oils (including bisabolol, bisabolol oxides A and B, and matricin) as well as flavonoids (particularly a substance called apigenin) and other therapeutic substances.
• Flower extract of Bellis perennis: Bellis perennis is a common European species of daisy, of the asteraceae family, often considered the archetypal species of that name. Bellis perennis has astringent properties and has been used in herbal medicine and homeopathy for wounds. Because of its antibacterial properties, the flower works wonders in healing wounds and treating bruises.

How to use

• Apply immediately after the insect bite or sting.
• Don’t rub, but allow to soak in.
• Repeat if necessary.
