Properties

Calcium EG Forte is a dietary supplement that contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and teeth thanks to its content of calcium and vitamin D3. Calcium EG Forte can be used when there is an increased need for calcium and vitamin D3, such as during periods of strong skeletal growth, for example in puberty, during pregnancy, during menopause or in the elderly to meet their need for calcium.

• Contains 1000 mg of calcium and 20 µg (800 IU) of vitamin D3.

Active ingredients

• Calcium is an essential element for the mineralization of bones and for normal teeth. Intake of calcium is important at any age for maximally building strong bones (children), for the maintenance of bone mass (adults) and for limiting bone loss (elderly). 
• Calcium and vitamin D3 contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and normal muscle function.
• Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium and thus contributes to the maintenance of strong bones.

How to use

1 chewable tablet per day.

Recommendations

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dose can be adjusted according to your doctor’s advice in function of the amount of calcium you absorb from food (dairy products).
• You may chew or suck on the tablets.
• The tablet may be taken at any time of the day, with or without food.
• Overuse may have a laxative effect.
• A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
