Directions for Use:

For infants and babies up to 2 years:

Gently lay your little one down and turn their head to one side.

Carefully place the nozzle into one nostril.

Gently squeeze a few drops into each nostril.

Repeat the process in the other nostril, ensuring both nasal passages receive the gentle cleansing.

For children over 2 years and adults:

Stand or sit upright, holding the bottle vertically.

Insert the nozzle into one nostril, ensuring a snug fit.

Press the other nostril closed with your finger.

Gently squeeze a few drops into each nostril, inhaling deeply as you do so, allowing the saline solution to reach deeper into the nasal passage.

Repeat the process in the other nostril, ensuring both sides receive the cleansing effect.
