Care ephedrine nasal drops can be used to relieve nasal congestion and reduce sinus pressure caused by a cold, the flu, allergies, or sinusitis., which in turn can help improve sleep.
The active ingredients in these nasal drops is ephedrine hydrochloride 0.5% w/v. The other ingredients are: chlorobutanol hemihydrate, sodium chloride, purified water.
Do not blow your nose for at least 5 minutes after using the drops
Repeat steps 2-3 for the other nostril
Squeeze the dropper to release 1-2 drops of medication into the nostril
Tilt your head back and insert the dropper into one nostril
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
If you are using the drops for more than 7 days, talk to your doctor

Store the drops in a cool, dry place.
Discard the drops after 7 days.
