Cent Pur Cent has created several beautiful matte or shimmery eye shadow colors that are highly pigmented. Thanks to their creamy and soft texture, they are easy to blend in. Use the powder dry or wet with various brushes. The wetter your product, the more intense the color. You can use the powder as an eye shadow, eyeliner, brow powder, but you can also mix it with your nail polish or lip balm.
