Cent Pur Cent has created beautiful matte or shiny eyeshadow colors that are strongly pigmented. Thanks to the creamy and soft texture, they are easy to blend. Use the powder dry or wet with different brushes. The wetter your product, the more intensity. You can use the powder as eyeshadow, eyeliner, eyebrow powder, but you can also mix it with nail polish or lip balm.
