Use Instructions

• Take the ovulation test stick out of the packaging foil.
• Remove the cap.
• Place the ovulation test stick in the test holder before applying urine to it.
• Align the pink arrow on the ovulation test swab with the pink arrow on the test holder and insert the swab until it clicks into place.
• Wait for the “test ready” symbol to appear and begin the ovulation test immediately.
• Hold the absorbent test strip down in your urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds.
• Or collect a urine sample in a clean, dry jar and hold the absorbent test strip in urine for 15 seconds.
• Make sure the test holder does not get wet.
• Hold the absorbent test strip down or lay the test flat.
• Hold the test while testing so that the end of the absorbent test strip never points up.
• After 20 to 40 seconds, the “test ready” icon begins to flash to indicate that the ovulation test is working.
• Do not remove the ovulation test stick until you get your result.
• Place the cap of the ovulation test stick back on and wait for 3 minutes.

Recommendations

• You should know the length of your normal cycle before you start to make sure you are testing at the right time to determine your LH increase.
• To calculate your cycle length, count the day your period starts (first then of full menstruation) as day 1 and keep counting up to and including the day before your next period starts. That number of days is the length of your cycle.
