Open your mouth and position the nozzle towards your throat.

Depress the pump and spray two puffs (one dose) every two hours during awake hours.

Spray ColdZyme after brushing your teeth, before bedtime, for prolonged protection overnight.

Feel signs of cold symptoms:

Spray ColdZyme twice (one dose) when you initially feel unwell (sore throat, sneezing, coughing) once every two hours until you feel better. Do not exceed six doses in one day.

After virus exposure:

Spray twice (one dose), repeat every two hours if you are exposed to the virus. Only spray a maximum of six doses in one day
