The complex reduces insulin resistance so that the body’s cells are better able to absorb carbohydrates. This product can also be used in case of metabolic syndrome or (pre)diabetes.

Active ingredients
Per 1 capsule: 250 mg bark extract of cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), 200 mg leaf extract of Gymnema sylvestre, 48 mg banaba, 5 mg zinc (methionine), 3 mg berberine, 60 µg chromium (picolinate), 100 µg biotin.
How to use
1 to 3 capsules per day, before the meal or as otherwise directed.
