Properties
Perilla-500 (Perilla frutescens or black nettle) contains a high content of alpha-linolenic acid (58%). The good prostaglandins (Prostaglandin E3) produced from it inhibit the formation of inflammatory mediators. Perilla is used for allergies (hay fever, dust mite allergy), food allergy, eczema, contact eczema and hives, improves lung function and is antiasthmatic.
How to use
2 to 4 capsules per day, take with some water.
