Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is an active form of vitamin B6 that is important as a cofactor in the conversion of amino acids, peptides and lipids and in the formation of red blood cells.
- Can be used in case of premenstrual syndrome, depression, chronic fatigue, elevated homocysteine levels, eczema, food intolerance and use of the contraceptive pill.
- Contains no lactose, gluten, preservatives, colorants, flavorings, yeast, sugar, corn, soy or salt.
- Hypoallergenic.
How to use
1 to 3 tablets per day, or as otherwise recommended.
