Active ingredients
- Vitamin A plays a major role as an antioxidant and contributes to immunity, vision, skin and bones.

How to use
- Children between 3 and 6 years: 1 capsule per day.
- Children between 6 and 12 years: 2 capsules per day.
- Teenagers between 12 and 18 years: 3 capsules per day.
- Adults: up to 6 capsules a day.
