Use Instructions

• Apply
  for immediate pain relief apply the toothpaste up to twice a day
  with a fingertip on the sensitive tooth and gently massage in for 1
  minute.
• Close the tube after use.
• Brush for
  long-lasting pain relief twice daily with a soft toothbrush
  and be sure to reach all sensitive areas.

Recommendations

• Children under 12 years of age: do not apply with fingertip for immediate pain relief.
• Do not use
  for children six years of age or younger no more toothpaste than the size
  of a pea. Make sure they swallow as little toothpaste as possible.
• Consult a (dental) doctor if your child uses fluoride in any other form.
