Etixx Energy Bar Nougat is a nougat bar enriched with honey, almonds and vitamin B3. The bar contains 30 g of carbohydrates for sustained energy supply during exercise, but can also be eaten as a carbohydrate-rich snack.
The amount of available carbohydrates is a performance-determining factor for long-term and intermittent efforts (alternating effort and short rest periods) at high intensity. Therefore, it is important to supplement carbohydrates during these efforts. This is because they help maintain blood glucose levels during exercise and replenish muscle glycogen.
