This isotonic thirst quencher is a drink suitable for all athletes who need to restore fluid balance and replenish fuel and electrolytes quickly. During exercise, the body perspires so that body temperature does not rise too high. The fluid lost in the process must be replenished by drinking to maintain a healthy fluid balance. Taking in too little fluid has a negative effect on performance. How to use

Recommendations
