The correct dosage depends on your child's age. The general guidelines are as follows:
Infants Aged 2-3 Months: 2.5 ml with a second dose up to six hours after.
Infants Aged 3-6 Months: 2.5 ml up to four times in 24 hours.
Children Aged 6-24 Months: 5 ml up to four times in 24 hours.
Children Aged 2-4 Years: 7.5 ml up to four times in 24 hours.
Children Aged 4-6 Years: 10 ml up to four times in 24 hours.
Fennings Paediatric Oral Suspension is suitable for children aged two months and over. It's not suitable for newborns. Please contact your doctor for advice on treating a child under two months.

It's best to use the dropper for infants, which comes with the medicine. Older children can use the measuring spoon.
