Fluconazole 150mg is an effective single-dose treatment for vaginal and penile thrush, a fungal infection that causes inflammation and a white discharge inside and near your vagina. It belongs to a group of antifungal medicines that prevent the growth of the fungus Candida albicans, which is known to cause thrush. It’s suitable for adults between 16 and 60 and contains the active ingredient fluconazole.

You should not drink grapefruit juice whilst taking Fluconazole 150mg, as grapefruit juice slows down how quickly your body can break down fluconazole.
