How to use

• Open the head straps and loosen the belly straps along the side. Center the bandage over the lower back with the pressure pads along either side of the spine and the curved edge of the panel facing down.
• Wrap the head straps tightly around the waist and attach the hook closure to the abdomen.
• Pull the side abdominal straps forward and attach them to the front panels of the bandage. Adjust the closure of the abdominal straps to obtain the appropriate support for your needs.
