Heka Film is a transparent polyurethane wound film with acrylic adhesive coating. The wound film is semi-permeable, does not allow moisture and bacteria to pass through from the outside and is permeable to water vapor from the inside. This creates a moist wound environment and prevents skin softening. The wound film is thin and flexible and conforms to body contours.
