The skin plate is part of a 2-part system, where the skin plate is glued to the abdomen and the pouch snaps onto the plate. The CeraPlus skin plate with Remois technology contains ceramide (a lipid molecule naturally present in the skin). The formula helps keep peristomal skin healthy, strengthens the skin’s natural defense mechanism and keeps the skin hydrated.
