Properties

Hyalo 4® Control Cream is a topical preparation with sodium salt of hyalorunic acid as its main ingredients. The presence of silver sulfadiazine in the composition of this product plays a role in preventing microbial contamination, thereby enhancing the hyalorunic acid’s ability to support wound healing. Hyalo 4® Control is indicated for the treatment of skin lesions, mainly with a high risk of infection. The cream is designed primarily to cover acute and chronic wounds (first- and second-degree burns, ulcers caused by metabolic and vascular diseases and bedsores) and to create a moist, bacteria-free wound environment. Hyalo 4® Control can be used on non-infected wounds to help prevent infection and, after successful treatment of infected wounds, to prevent re-infection.

How to use

• The lesions should be cleaned before each application.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the wound surface once or twice daily depending on severity until the wound is completely healed.
• Long-term treatments of more than one month should be evaluated by a physician based on the clinical evolution of the lesion.
• The treated surface should be covered with a sterile dressing.

Ingredients

Main ingredient: sodium salt of hyaluronic acid 0.2%. Other ingredients: silver sulfadiazine 1%, polyethylene glycol monostearate 400, decylester of oleic acid, emulsifying wax, glycerin, sorbitol solution 70%, purified water.
