Instructions for use
Average dose:
- In order to digest a quantity of 22 g of lactose (approximately equivalent to 2 glasses of milk), it is recommended that the contents of 1 stick be applied directly to the tongue (without water) just before meals or sprinkled on lactose-containing foods.
- This average dose should be adjusted according to the individual and the level of lactose in the diet.
