Laxido Nature (20 sachets) is a laxative used to treat constipation, especially if you already have long-term constipation. It is also used to treat an accumulation of hard feces in your bowel, which can result from prolonged constipation (this is called fecal impaction). The ingredient macrogol 3350 makes your stool softer and easier to remove, leading to relief from constipation. The electrolytes help maintain normal levels of sodium, potassium and water in your body while being treated for constipation.
Instructions for use and dosage
Laxido Nature must be taken orally. The instructions for use and dosage are different for the symptoms of constipation than in the case of fecal impaction:
- Constipation: The usual dose for constipation is one sachet to be taken 1-3 times a day.
- Fecal impaction: The usual dose for fecal impaction is eight sachets per day. All eight sachets should be taken within a six-hour period. If you have a heart condition, take up to two sachets (in 250 ml of water) within a one-hour period.
