Lemsip Dry Cough is suitable for adults and children over a year old. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, before taking this medicine. The medication contains sugar and isn't suitable for individuals with diabetes or sugar intolerance.
Adults and children over 12 years old can take up to 30ml a day, which should be split over three to four doses. Children under 12 can have 15ml, divided over three to four doses. The medicine comes with a medicine cup, making it easier to administer each dose.
If you miss a dose, take Lemsip as usual and don't double up on any doses. Doing so could result in severe side effects.
