Lemsip Max All-in-One is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and above, and the active ingredients include paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, and guaifenesin.

The main difference between Lemsip and Lemsip Max All-in-One is the strength of their active ingredients. Lemsip Max All-in-One contains more paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, and sometimes additional ingredients, making it more suitable for those with more extreme flu and cold symptoms.
Lemsip and other similar cold and flu medications contain the active ingredient paracetamol, which can damage your liver if you take it in high doses or for a prolonged period of time. Taking Lemsip for over three days can raise the risk of liver damage or other side effects. If your symptoms persist for more than three days, speak to a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
Adults and children aged 12 and above can take one sachet every 4-6 hours. Avoid taking more than four sachets in one day and do not give to children below 12 years old unless you have been advised to do so by your GP.
