The omega 3 in Lepivits EPA-DHA Forte is concentrated in the polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The oil is made from wild anchovies and sardines and is certified (Omegatex) as being free of heavy metals and other harmful substances. Omega 3 is involved in numerous biochemical functions. 3 capsules of EPA-DHA per day contribute to normal brain function and normal heart function.
How to use
1 to 3 capsules per day at mealtimes, with a little water.
