The Loestrin contraceptive pill is a type of hormonal contraception pill. This combined oral contraceptive works by preventing the ovary from releasing an egg, thickening the cervical fluid, and changing the womb’s lining. Moreover, it regulates your cycle and is suitable for younger women. The Loestrin pill contains norethindrone (a progestin), and Ethinyl estradiol (an estrogen).
