Loprofin Mix is a low-protein ready-to-use baking mix to replace regular flour, as a diet food in congenital metabolic diseases, kidney or liver failure where a protein restricted diet is necessary. The baking mix can be used for baking numerous products such as bread, cakes, cookies, pizza and crepes and can also be used to prepare or bind sauces. Each pack contains one bag of yeast.
