Properties

When used warm, the Marque Verte Hot/Cold Compress relieves rheumatic pain and pain due to muscle stiffness, increases local blood circulation and relaxes muscles. When used cold, the compress reduces inflammation and swelling and promotes the resorption of hematomas.

Active ingredients

The gel consists of ethanediol, propane, tri-ethanolamine, carbomer, dye and water.

Use instructions

Warm use:

• Au bain-marie: heat water to a maximum of 80°C. Completely immerse the pad for 4 to 8 minutes (without the cover). Remove the pad from the water and dry.
• In the microwave: heat for 25 seconds at 650 W or for 20 seconds at 800 W. Remove the pad from the microwave and massage it with your hands to obtain a uniform temperature.

Cold use:

• 20 minutes in the freezer.
• 1.5 hours in water at 0°C.
• 2 hours in the refrigerator at 4°C.

Recommendations

• Always use the protective cover or wrap a dry towel around the compress before applying.

• Do not apply a damaged compress.
