Our modern lifestyle can be accompanied with stress and fatigue. For example, work is often considered one of the main causes of both mental and physical fatigue. In developed countries, almost a third of the population is said to suffer from stress or fatigue at some point in their lives.

Active ingredients

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.) is better known by the name Indian ginseng. In India, people have used this plant for centuries for its many beneficial effects. Recent studies have examined the role of ashwagandha in optimal relaxation and energy conservation.
• Oxygen is indispensable for the proper functioning of cells. But because oxygen is used in energy production, free radicals are released in the process. These molecules are neutralized by the antioxidants. Some factors, such as pollution, smoking, sun exposure and stress, can compromise the functioning of this protective system. We call this oxidative stress. The patented enzyme complex Pyramizym® is an extract of a melon variety (Cucumis melo L.), specially selected for its high antioxidant content. How to use
