Children aged 4 and older: 120 mL (4 oz) of saline solution per nostril, up to twice a day

To use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse system, simply follow these steps:

Fill the squeeze bottle with the pre-mixed saline solution

Tilt your child's head forward over the sink and place the nozzle of the bottle in one nostril

Gently squeeze the bottle to deliver a stream of saline solution into the nasal passage

Let the solution flow through the nasal passage and out the other nostril

Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the other side
