Directions for use

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this package insert or as told to you by your doctor or pharmacist.

• Adults: chew 1 gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. Usually 8 to 12 gums a day is enough. Do not use more than 24 chewing gums per day.
• Chew the gum slowly until the taste gets stronger, then park the gum between your gums and cheek. Start chewing again when the taste diminishes. Repeat this process for about 30 minutes.
