Indication

Noxarem Melatonin Forte is intended for adults and is used short-term for symptoms of jet lag that occur after traveling through multiple time zones.

Directions for use

• Take one 3 mg tablet at your usual bedtime (local time) after arrival.
• If symptoms do not improve, you can take a 5 mg tablet instead of the 3 mg.
• Do not take the tablets before 8 pm and not after 4 am.
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.
• Avoid eating in the 2 hours before and after taking it.
• The maximum dose is 5 mg per day for up to 4 days.

• A cardiovascular condition for which you are taking blood pressure lowering medication. Taking melatonin is not recommended in this case.
