Ergyfemina is a dietary supplement based on lady’s mantle, chaste tree, cumin, hyssop, thyme and trace elements that contributes to female well-being during the menstrual cycle and around menopause.

Ergyfemina is a combination of plants that contribute to female well-being during the menstrual cycle (lady’s mantle and chaste tree) and magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue. Chaste tree also helps ease the discomfort caused by menopause.

How to use

• Dilute 10 to 20 ml per day in a glass of water (150 ml), preferably between meals.
• Use from the 15th to the 25th day of the cycle.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
