Properties
Nutilis has amylase-resistant properties. This means that while taking and chewing the thickened food, it is not broken down by saliva (= resistance to salivary amylase). The consistency is preserved and there is no more risk of choking (no more swallowing and aspiration problems).
Use instructions
Can be added directly, while stirring with a fork or whisk gradually to hot and cold liquids or dishes.
Ingredients
Water, thickener (modified corn starch, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, guar gum, carrageenan), acidity regulator (citric acid), coloring agent (copper complexes of chlorophylls), sweetener (sucralose), flavoring (mint).
