Omnibionta Pronatal 2 contains folic acid plus, a combination of folic acid and L-methylfolate. L-methylfolate is a form of folate that can be used directly by the body. The body’s need for choline increases during pregnancy. Omnibionta Pronatal 2 supports adequate intake of that nutrient. Choline contributes to normal metabolism of homocysteine. Maternal intake of DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development in the fetus and breastfed infants.
