Use instructions

• Adults and children over 12 years of age:
  • Initial dosage: 2 tablets swallowed or aspirated, equivalent to 2000 mg of pure royal jelly per day.
  • Maintenance dosage: 1 tablet swallowed or aspirated, equivalent to 1000 mg of pure royal jelly per day.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years: swallow or suck 1/2 tablet, equivalent to 500 mg of pure royal jelly daily.
• Because of the size of the tablet, this product is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
