Keep Paracetamol 500mg tablets stored in their original packaging to prevent them from becoming damp. Keep it in a dry place, away from light, below 25 degrees.
If you take too much Paracetamol, it can be extremely dangerous, so seek immediate medical advice and go to your nearest hospital casualty department immediately. If you can, take the medicine box with you, so the doctors know what you took.
Paracetamol 500mg tablets are safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding, but only take the recommended dose.
Most stomach aches are not serious and usually go away on their own within a few days. Paracetamol tablets are an effective painkiller to take should you need pain relief. If the pain persists, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
